Terms of Service

1. Personal training sessions are conducted by Kacper Pietraś, personal trainer.

2. The client, at the very beginning of mutual cooperation, is obliged to provide a certificate confirming that there are no contraindictations to physical activity, issued by a legitimate doctor. Acceptance of the below ToS equals being in possession of such a certificate or undertaking physical activity at the client's own risk.

3. The condition for admission to personal training is the submission of the above-mentioned declaration completed and signed by the participant himself..

4. The client is obliged to notify the personal trainer of any health-related malfunctions and overall health condition in order to properly pick the exercises and their respective intensity.

5. The client is to be punctual with their arrivals for every booked appointment. It is highly advised that the participant shows up 15 minutes before the beginning of the session so as to prepare for its start. 

6. One personal training session lasts roughly 60 minutes.

7. A personal training session can be cancelled, without any further measures and consequences being undertaken, 24 hours or earlier before its planned date. 

8. In the event of a session being cancelled later than 24h before, it is considered as normally carried out.

9. If the trainer cancels a session within the 0-24h time period before the set date, the client is gifted 1 free training session. 

10. In the case of belatedness on the client's side, the delay time will be deducted from the usual duration of a session.

11. If the trainer is up to 30 minutes late for an agreed training session with a client, tthe training is continued until the end, free of charge. If the trainer shows up more than 30 minutes late, the client receives 1 free personal training session.

12. If the client fails to be present at a previously agreed appointment, the trainer will consider it to have been normally completed.

13. If the trainer fails to show up at all, the client receives 1 free personal training session.

14. Payments are to be made in cash, directly to the trainer, or by bank transfer/paypal. Training dates are to be settled directly with the personal coach.

15. Training fees should be paid in advance no later than the day before the start of the first session.

16. If you purchase a training package, its validity period starts from the day on which the first training took place.

17. Training packages (4 or 8 sessions) are valid for 1 month, counting from the starting date of the validity period - defined above. After this time, unused training sessions are lost. If the package is not validated for a period equivalent to a month or more, it is considered lost and inactive. If you cannot use the package, you might give it away as a gift or sell it to another person.

18. Training packages (12 sessions) are valid for 2 months, counting from the starting date of the validity period - defined above. After this time, unused training sessions are lost. If the package is not validated for a period equivalent to a month or more, it is considered lost and inactive. If you cannot use the package, you might give it away as a gift or sell it to another person.

19. Training packages (24 sessions) are valid for 3 months, counting from the starting date of the validity period - defined above. After this time, unused training sessions are lost. If the package is not validated for a period equivalent to a month or more, it is considered lost and inactive. If you cannot use the package, you might give it away as a gift or sell it to another person.

20. Training packages (36 sessions) are valid for 6 months, counting from the starting date of the validity period - defined above. After this time, unused training sessions are lost. If the package is not validated for a period equivalent to a month or more, it is considered lost and inactive. If you cannot use the package, you might give it away as a gift or sell it to another person.

21. Sports clothes that do not restrict freedom of movement and sports footwear are required during exercise. The client is obliged to bring a training towel and water to replenish fluids during training.

22. It is recommended that the client eats a fairly nutritious meal an hour before training.

23. In case of fluctuations in blood sugar levels (diabetes, sugar/insulin metabolism disorders) or fainting, it is recommended to take a glucometer and sweet snacks (dates, gels for diabetics, etc.) with you to training sessions.

24. If the client's unusual ailments are revealed during training, he or she may be asked for additional medical consultation. In special cases, training may be suspended until a doctor comes up with a suitable diagnosis.

25. The trainee signs the training card after a session.

26. If the sessions take place in a fitness club/gym, trainees must purchase entry to the club/gym on their own.

27. Both the trainer and the client will put in every effort to ensure that the client's goals are achieved.
